American rapper Post Malone fell on stage while performing at the Enterprise Center in St Louis, US. As per reports, the ‘Better Now’ singer bruised his face and cracked three ribs as he was walking down a ramp. He stepped into a hole meant to place his guitar which wasn’t covered.

The 27-year-old can be seen screaming in pain while laying on the ground as the medic team rushed to tend to him.
Although in excruciating pain, Post Malone returned to the stage minutes later and performed “Rockstar” and “Cooped Up.”

After the incident, Post Malone shared a video citing his ordeal. He said, “Everything’s good. They (medic) gave me some pain meds and everything, so we can keep kicking a** on the tour. Thank you guys for your support and thank you for your love. And thanks for hanging around even though I got my a- kicked by myself.”
