Bollywood stars Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor recently attended an event in Mumbai where the actress was asked to sing a song for the audience. While she did start crooning ‘Kesariya’, she forgot the song midway and that is when her husband came to her rescue.
In a video that is now doing the rounds on the internet, Ranbir can be seen asking Alia to sing a song, to which the actress hilariously responded that he pushes her to sing wherever they go like “Beta gaana gao”.

She then went on to treat the media personnel present there with the song ‘Kesariya’, but looked like the actress faced some difficulty remembering the lines.

Alia sings Kesariya, forgets lyrics
In the video, Alia can be seen dedicating ‘Kesariya’ from her film ‘Brahmastra’ to the audience. As soon as she began singing, she forgot the lyrics of the song midway and went on to ask Ranbir, “Iske baad kya tha?”
Being the perfect husband, Ranbir quickly jumped in to Alia’s rescue and started singing the song next to her himself, and the actress quickly regained her stance and completed the song amid cheering and hooting from the audience.
Alia received a huge round of applause for singing ‘Kesariya’ and the media thanked her for her gesture.

Alia, Ranbir’s upcoming projects
After sharing the screen for the first time in the 2022 blockbuster ‘Brahmastra’. Alia and Ranbir are now set for a massive clash with the actress’ Hollywood debut ‘Heart of Stone’ pitted against ‘Animal’ on August 11 this year.
Ranbir also has Luv Ranjan’s ‘Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar’ slated for a Holi release. The film stars Shraddha Kapoor as the female lead.
On the other hand, Alia has her hands full with Karan Johar’s directorial return ‘Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahaani’ with Ranveer Singh, and ‘Jee Le Zaraa’ with Priyanka Chopra Jonas and Katrina Kaif.
