Bollywood actress Athiya Shetty and cricketer KL Rahul will reportedly tie the knot in the presence of their family members and close friends on January 23 in Khandala, Maharashtra. According to several media reports, the wedding festivities will take place at Suniel Shetty’s farmhouse Jahaan in Khandala.

Suniel Shetty had given a glimpse of his farmhouse in one of the episodes of the YouTube show Where the Heart Is.
Built over a hilltop, the farmhouse is a true labour of love, rooted in nature, nostalgia and family. It is surrounded by tranquil greens on every side and is inspired by the actor’s childhood memories in Mangalore.
The interiors
The space is peppered with earthy elements and textures that bring the outside in. The massive farmhouse has stone sculptures, soothing interiors, a swimming pool and much more.
The house also comes with a massive living room and several dining spots interspersed throughout the space. The video also gives a glimpse of the decor elements such as a rustic artwork, statues, paintings and several indoor plants.
Athiya and Rahul’s wedding festivities
The couple’s families have already driven down to Khandala for the D-Day.
Athiya and Rahul will reportedly take the plunge on January 23. As per reports, invites for the wedding have already been sent out and among those who have confirmed their presence is Akanksha Ranjan, who is Athiya’s closest friend.
The pre-wedding festivities, which will include haldi, mehendi and sangeet ceremonies, will begin from January 21, and post the wedding, the couple will return to Mumbai to Rahul’s house.

Athiya and Rahul’s love story
Athiya and Rahul have been in a relationship for over three years now and had gone public just about a year ago. They often share adorable pictures with each other on social media.
Athiya made her acting debut in the 2015 romantic action film ‘Hero’ alongside Sooraj Pancholi, directed by Nikhil Advani and based on co-producer Subhash Ghai’s 1983 blockbuster of the same name. She is all set to play the lead role in ‘Hope Solo’, footballer Afshan Ashiq’s biopic.
