Bollywood actress Urvashi Rautela has apologised to Rishabh Pant after an ugly spat with the cricketer on social media.
Over the last few days, Urvashi and Rishabh have taken several indirect digs at each other. However, it looks like their cold war will soon be over.
In a now-viral video, Urvashi says, “I am sorry” to Rishabh Pant. In the clip, the ‘Great Grand Masti’ actress was asked to share a message for ‘RP’.
To this, Urvashi said with folded hands, “All I wanna say is.. What do I say? I don’t know what to say. Sorry. I’m Sorry.”
For the unawares, while Uravshi and Rishabh never named each other in public, they constantly took potshots at each other through their social media handles.
Their public spat started when Urvashi made a statement about ‘RP’ in one of her recent interviews. Rishabh then took to Instagram and indirectly targeted the actress. It took Urvashi no time to share a cryptic note on Instagram which was targeted at the cricketer.
Reportedly, the actress had claimed during her interview that ‘RP’ waited for her in a hotel lobby in Delhi and called her several times — she was asleep and saw 17 missed calls when she woke up. She added that they met in Mumbai but ‘a huge drama happened with the paps’.
Later, Rishabh took to his Instagram story and posted, “It’s funny how people lie in interviews just for some meager popularity and for hitting the headlines. Sad how some people are so thirsty for fame and name. May God bless them “#merapichachorhoBehen #Jhutkibhilimithotihai.”
Taking a dig at Rishabh, Urvashi wrote, “Chotu bhaiyaa should play bat ball . Main koyi munni nahi hoon badnam hone with young kiddo darling tere liyee #Rakshabandhan Mubarak ho #RPChotuBhaiyya #Cougarhunter #donttakeadvantageofasilentgirl #love #UrvashiRautela #UR1.”
Meanwhile, on the work front, Urvashi will be soon seen in the web series ‘Inspector Avinash’ opposite Randeep Hooda.
