Actor Sheezan Khan, who is currently lodged in police custody post the death of his former girlfriend and co-star Tunisha Sharma, has moved court to seek bail in the case, the hearing for which was held on Monday.
During the bail hearing, Sheezan’s team presented some shocking arguments, including that the actress was on “dangerous medications” and that she had used dating apps post her breakup with the actor.

‘Tunisha used Tinder’: Sheezan’s team
According to India Today, the accused’s team stated in court that Tunisha used the dating app Tinder post her breakup with Sheezan.
Not just that, but they also said that the 20-year-old actress was on some dangerous medications prior to her death.
The first hearing of Sheezan’s bail plea was scheduled to be on January 7, Saturday. However, it was adjourned to January 9.

Tunisha was found dead on the sets of the show on December 24. She hung herself in the makeup room on the sets of ‘Ali Baba: Dastaan-E-Kabul’.
Tunisha was reportedly depressed for several days prior to her death because of her break up with Sheezan. The two allegedly broke up just 15 days before the actress claimed her life.
Sheezan was arrested for allegedly abetting the actress’ suicide in the early hours of December 25, and has been lodged in 14-day judicial custody.
So far, the police have recorded the statements of 27 people in the matter.

Shocking accusations by Tunisha’s mother
Tunisha’s mother had stated earlier that Sheezan used to beat the actress and was forcing her to adopt Islamic practices.
However, addressing a press conference, Sheezan’s sister Falaq Naaz accused Tunisha’s mother of “neglecting” her and said that the deceased actor’s depression was due to her childhood trauma.
Tunisha’s mother also claimed that the death of her daughter was not suicide, but instead ‘murder’, as Sheezan knowingly took her to a faraway hospital when she was found hanging in the makeup room.
