Bollywood filmmaker Rohit Shetty met with an accident on the sets of his upcoming web series ‘Indian Police Force’.
He is currently filming the series at Hyderabad’s Ramoji Film City, which is located on the outskirts of the city.
The filmmaker sustained some injuries on Friday night and he was immediately rushed to the hospital where he underwent a minor surgery.

As per reports, Shetty suffered injuries on his hand while shooting a car chase sequence on Friday. The production team immediately rushed him to the Kamineni hospital, where the doctors performed a minor surgery on his wounds.
The director’s team has now released an official statement regarding the incident. “Rohit Shetty has got some minor injury on his fingers while executing an action sequence for his upcoming web series Indian Police Force last night. The injury was immediately treated. And, he resumed his shooting shortly after the incident,” the statement read.

‘Indian Police Force’ is one of Shetty’s ambitious projects and a further extension to his blockbuster cop universe.
The filmmaker has reportedly erected a massive set at Ramoji Film City and has been shooting for some of the most thrilling and high-octane action sequences.
‘Indian Police Force’ sees Sidharth Malhotra play a Delhi Police cop. It also stars Shilpa Shetty and Vivek Oberoi in key roles.
It is to be noted that in 2022, Sidharth and Shilpa too had sustained injuries during the shoot of the series.
