The said photo has now been sent to the forensic department to check and confirm if it has really been tampered with.
The FIR was registered against the ‘Padmaavat’ actor at Chembur police station in July after a complaint was filed by an office-bearer of a non-profit organisation.
The actor “hurt the sentiments of women in general and insulted their modesty through his photographs,” the complaint claimed.
