Bollywood stars Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt are currently basking in the success of their latest release ‘Brahmastra’. Not just that, but the couple is also awaiting the birth of their first child this October.
During a recent interaction with Navbharat Times, Ranbir admitted that though he might look self-reliant, he is much dependent on his wifey dearest. He mentioned that he boasts a lot about being independent and detached, but it is far from reality.
“I don’t go to the bathroom or eat if I don’t know where Alia is. It is very important for me to have her next to me. It doesn’t matter if we don’t do anything romantic or even talk but she should just sit next to me,” he stated.
Agreeing to her husband, Alia added that Ranbir indeed cannot do anything without her, and that he leaves everything for the last minute if she is not around.
Alia and Ranbir tied the knot in April this year after dating for five years. The couple had an intimate wedding in the balcony of their home and it was attended only by the closest friends of the two.
In June, Alia announced to the world that she is expecting her first child with Ranbir. The Kapoor and Bhatt families are expected to throw a baby shower for the mommy-to-be soon now, as the actress is set to deliver her baby by the end of October.
