We all must have watched Amitabh Bachchan’s classic ‘Sooryavansham’ at least once in our lifetime, thanks to the uncountable number of times that the film has been telecast on television. While some still enjoy it and others have learnt to ignore it, a man has now penned an angry letter to the broadcasting channel, fed up of the never-ending re-runs of the film.
The letter has gone viral on the internet and netizens are having a ball time reading it. In the letter, the man has identified himself as a ‘Sooryavansham-afflicted’ person and has complained that he is tired of the constant re-runs of the film on TV.
Man’s angry letter to the channel
The man penned a letter to the channel Set Max (Sony Max) and stated that he, along with his family, have now watched ‘Sooryavansham’ enough and that they know each and every detail about Heera Thakur (Big B) and his family members Radha, Gauri and others.
“I want to know how many times has the channel telecast ‘Sooryavansham’ until now? And how many more times will it be played on the small screen in future?” he questioned.
He went on to ask, “If this affects our mental health or if it drives us crazy, who will be responsible for it? Please take the pains to inform us.”
Rant letter goes viral
The unidentified man’s letter left netizens in splits, with several claiming that they totally relate to him and his frustration.
A section of social media also expressed its love for ‘Sooryavansham’, while others thanked the man for finally voicing out the problem.
