Bollywood actress Swara Bhasker has sparked dating rumours after she dropped a picture with a mystery man on social media.
On Sunday, the actress took to her official Instagram account and shared a picture in which her head is seen lying cozily in someone’s arms. A man’s arm wraps her as they lie on a bed. However, the man’s face was not visible in the picture. “This could be love,” Swara captioned her post.
Soon after she dropped the photo on Instagram, several users asked if he is her boyfriend. While some believed that the actress will share something about her love life soon, others congratulated her in the comments section.
“Can’t wait for the news to be shared! So much suspense,” a user commented. Another user asked, “Boyfriend h?”
“Congratulations @reallyswara for a potential love…you truly deserve to be happy always,” wrote another user.
Previously, Swara was rumoured to be in a relationship with writer Himanshu Sharma. However, they called it quits in 2019. They met on the sets of Raanjhana and were reportedly in a relationship for five years.
Swara to adopt a child
In 2021, Swara had announced her decision to adopt a child. The actress had said in a statement, “I’ve always wanted a family and children. I realised that adoption was a way to marry both these things. Luckily in India, the State allows single women to adopt. I spoke to my parents, who eventually agreed and are now fully supportive of my decision. I know the waiting period is long- often as long as 3 years but I cannot wait to be a parent to a child by adoption.”
Swara’s work front
On the work front, Swara was last seen in the film Jahaan Chaar Yaar with Shikha Talsania, Meher Vij, and Pooja Chopra. The movie was released in September 2022.
She made her film debut with a supporting role in the 2009 drama Madholal Keep Walking. She also featured in Tanu Weds Manu, Raanjhanaa, Prem Ratan Dhan Payo, Nil Battey Sannata, Anaarkali of Aarah, Veere Di Wedding and Sheer Qorma among others.
