Bollywood actor John Abraham was spotted at the starstudded engagement ceremony of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant, and while the guests made sure to put their best foot forward, the ‘Pathaan’ star’s outfit failed to impress the netizens.
John turned up at the engagement bash in a basic t-shirt and blue jeans and paired it with a black jacket and sneakers.
He posed for the paparazzi for a brief moment before walking inside the Ambani mansion, Antilia.

John’s look at the high profile bash invited heavy trolling from netizens. While some questioned why the actor decided to dress up so casual for the engagement, others wondered if he was “high”.
“Isse carter road se hi bula liya kya?” a user asked. Another user commented, “He really went like that?”
“Where he going dressed like that?” a netizen wondered, while another stated, “Not the apt clothes for shadi.”

John Abraham’s upcoming projects
On the work front, John is all set to play the main antagonist in Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone’s ‘Pathaan’. The film is set to hit the silver screens on January 25 and it will see him lock horns with SRK, who is on a mission to save his country.
Apart from that, John also has ‘Tehran’ in his kitty with Manushi Chhillar.

Anant, the younger son of billionaire Mukesh Ambani, got engaged to Radhika Merchant on January 19. The Ambanis, known for their extravagant parties, threw a starstudded bash in Mumbai which was attended by the who’s who of Bollywood.
Among those spotted at the engagement party were Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh, Katrina Kaif, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Akshay Kumar, Maharashtra CM Eknath Shinde, Aaditya Thackeray, and others.
