‘Brahmastra’ has emerged to be a massive hit with the film already being a part of the coveted Rs 100 crore club in just three days. While Ayan Mukerji’s ‘Astraverse’ and Ranbir Kapoor-Alia Bhatt’s chemistry is already the talk of the town, what has also left the audience asking for more is Shah Rukh Khan’s impactful cameo in the film.
SRK is a renowned scientist and the keeper of the very powerful ‘Vanar astra’ in ‘Brahmastra’. This astra or weapon resembles immense strength and intelligence and using that, SRK’s character tries to save the world from the evil Junoon and ultimate destruction.

Another point of interest about SRK’s character in ‘Brahmastra’ is his name, Mohan Bhargav. Ardent Shah Rukh fans will know that Mohan Bhargav was the superstar’s name his 2004 film ‘Swades’ in which he played a NASA scientist.

While netizens are already bombarding ‘Brahmastra’ director Ayan Mukerji’s social media handle with requests of an ‘astraverse’ movie with SRK in the lead, fans have now also launched a full-fledged petition demanding a spin-off for Mohan Bhargav.
The change.org petition is titled ‘Brahmastra spin off starring Shah Rukh Khan’ and it has already gotten over 1,500 votes in just a day.
While the makers of the film haven’t reacted to the petition yet, ‘Brahmastra’ is set to be a trilogy and fans are hoping to see more of SRK’s character in the second and third parts of the franchise.
Meanwhile, ‘Brahmastra – Part 1: Shiva’ has earned Rs 225 crore globally in just three days of its release. It has also become the seventh Indian film to enter the Rs 100 crore club in its first weekend itself.
Besides Ranbir, Alia and SRK’s cameo, ‘Brahmastra’ also stars Amitabh Bachchan, Mouni Roy and Nagarjuna in key roles.
